Amazon ended its FBA prep service — can you make my inventory compliant?
Yes. We prep, label, and pack your inventory to Amazon's current requirements — receiving, FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, bundling, and boxing — so it's accepted on arrival, not rejected.
How do I get started with 3PL Planet?

Do I need to pay a setup fee?
No. We charge no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no subscription fee — you only pay for the services you use.
How much does prep cost?

How can I pay for your services?

Which marketplaces can you ship to?
All major US marketplaces — Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify — from one inventory pool.
Do you accept inventory from Walmart and eBay?
Yes. We accept inventory from any source, as long as it's legitimate.
Do you offer storage?
Yes — secure short- and long-term storage, priced per cubic foot ($0.80), per box ($10), or per pallet ($50) per month, with live inventory visibility in your portal.
Do you accept pallets and containers?
Yes. We're a commercial warehouse with a loading dock and handle everything from single pallets to full 20 ft and 40 ft containers.
Do you provide 2-Step Dropshipping services?
Yes, we support 2-Step Dropshipping.
Can you pick up my items from Sam's Club, Costco, Target, or Walmart?

Will you share information about my purchases and suppliers?
Never. 3PL Planet maintains a strict confidentiality policy regarding the inventory our partners purchase and the suppliers they source from.
Shipping & turnaround
How quickly will you ship my products out?
Orders received before our 12 PM ET cut-off ship the same day. Standard prep turnaround is 1–2 business days after we receive your request.
Do you ship at Amazon's inbound rates?
Yes — outbound shipments to Amazon go out using the most cost-effective option, including Amazon's partnered-carrier inbound rates where applicable.
